You kind of forgot the voice line she's got with Kay/o, where she says the studied robotics for a time, which means she could have worked with viper in some sort of tech, instead of botany, which may just be a passion for her. We've also got a voiceline where she mocks the enemy team by refering to their guns made of metal, indicating that her powers might extend beyond what we see in game and she may be capable of manipulating metallic objects even further than what we see.
There's a new voicemail from Vyse to Brim in the new patch! She talks about VALORANT's multiversal documentation and how their research on fields such as seismic fluctuations, isotope decay, and organic substrates is all wrong and the team she used to lead knew far more about these areas, so she wants to spearhead a project to teach them about her work. I think it's safe to say she was much more than a botanist
much more than? She was not a botanist though. Vyse states with Viper that they parted their ways, and also we know that Vyse has studied robotics, while Viper is a biochemist or a doctor, or both. They have worked way before all of this

An interesting thing to think about: The ID cards are from the perspective of Valorant, so they could have not known that Vyse is agent 8, and enrolled her as agent 26. Riot can easily change the card
Simple answer is NO. Radivores are non-human animals mutated by radianite means. Vyse was always human before she gained her radiant abilities. She's not a radivore, she only had extensive knowledge of the Interverse for decades.
What makes you 100% certain that Vyse is a human? Also Radivores aren't classified as "non-human" - they're classified as "creatures" which could very well be in the form of a humanoid too

Can she be a former human turned into a Radivore after certain incident, an experiment gone wrong? (like how mutants are formed). Cause they are not human anymore, but carry their characteristics.. similar to Deadlock cinematic bear (a radivore bear like a corrupted one).
I don't know, but Vyse's backstory is among the most interesting ones so far. I am always looking for more infos, trying to find out what really happened in her past. If it turned out that she could be a Radivore but in a humanoid form.. Man, she's just badass! *-*

I don’t think she’s a radivore but instead I think she’s a human scientist who got captured and was attempted to fuse or what not with a radivore, becoming part of that.
Vyse's lore has some pretty twisted backstory, in one hand Riot is tells us that she at some point worked with viper maybe as a human. But on the other hand it looks like Vyse's abilities aren't pure Radiant abilities unlike Jett, Reyna, Phoenix who got their powers from the first light, so the question is where does Vyse get her abilities? My theory is that Vyse is similar to Viper since she is Vipers parter after all. Viper being one of the Co-founders of the protocol, has some leadership mentality and so does Vyse. And the fact that Viper is not a pure Radiant, she just resorted to toxins and chemistry shows that she gets her abilities by her inventions and not Radianite powers, similar to Kj, Cypher, Chamber. And Vyse is probably a botanical lover who seems to 'accidentally' got the power of metal manipulation, this makes Vyse that she is also probably not a Radiant, but not a pure Radivore either, she is maybe a initially a Human. While where did Vyse got her abilities from still remains a mystery. for now, my initial thoery is simply that she got her abilities from a radivore and resulting her getting captured by the scions, because of the Scions obsession on manipulating and experimenting Biotics like Fish, Trees, and maybe Human with radianites.
We still don't know the details about many agents abilities to be fair. It's a great question though. Hopefully we get answers soon but knowing Riot I won't hold my breath
as someone who is techie with pcs apex is one of the worst prebuilt pc companies for value this isnt even about prebuilt vs building your own, NZXT, and newegg ABS prebuilts are the same or even better for SIGNIFICANTLY less
ok my theory is that the radavore was captured bhy hourglass, and based on experiment took place in abyss i think the human which was in connection with viper would like mixx with that radavore hence creating vyse??? i mean the sunset they did say that the radavore looks like a "plant" rather than a "human looking plant" so i guess vyse the human was captured and tested on with the radavore like combining them both ? and we get vyse?
I actually have a theory that Vyse and Viper will work together to save Reyna's sister. If you recall Viper said some time ago that the soul conversion for Reyna's sister's treatment was going quite poorly. I think Clove being present helps but that's just a bandaid fix. I'm more of suggesting a permanent solution
