      雨季野莧菜梗嫰,把梗絲一絲炒豆皮木耳或肉絲都好吃。奶奶茹素媽媽都用薑絲暴香梗加豆皮和香菇炒,真不錯!

      @@a26362634 很小就拔起來的野莧菜葉子嫰,所以吃葉子。老了的野莧菜吃梗,咀嚼吃掉梗裡面的漿,吐出渣。

    We eat the leaves of these plants made in to a curry cooked together with lentils/dhal. Coconut milk is added to the curry and it's very yummy. There's a purple colour plant also of this same variety. Btw I am from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

      Mmm es guisquelete así le yama en mi país y si se sabe que se come es alto es hierro .pero no lo comemos. Noes parte de la dieta alimenticia en si hay muchos alimentos que hace quizá 80 cincuenta años ya se comen ya las nuevas generaciones Bokea gusta

    这个菜叫苋菜,但它是野生的。浙江尤其是宁波绍兴那一带的人喜欢吃“三臭”,就是臭豆腐,臭冬瓜还有臭苋菜梗。怎么做今天还是第一次看到。小时候,夏季,经常见农家挑着自家做好的“霉苋菜梗”进城沿街叫卖。买回家后就蒸熟了淋上香油吃。20多年前回国探亲,去拜访大学老师时得知,系里一位熟悉的师娘吃了从农家买的“霉苋菜梗”后中毒身亡。这事儿还上了当地的报纸。不知是没有蒸熟还是没有腌制到位。所以,还是要当心点。

      it is from the amaranth family not spinach. they do not have anything in common. this is the second most popular vegetable in my country. it has few varieties.

    In Indonesia we call it Spinach. We eat the young leaves. We cook them for several dish such as: soup "Sayur Bening/ Sayur Kunci", poridge " Bubur manado", Javanesse salad "Pecel", and stir fry the young leaves. For the old big leaves we make them for snack, a cracker as we called it "Peyek". You can google it. Don't wory this kind of spinach is edible.

      It’s some type of noodles. I assume it’s rice noodles. They make their own and dry it outside before storing them.
