      @@DailyEnglish4All sir, यहाँ खाना बना and यहाँ खाना बनता था ; इन दोनो के लिये अंग्रेजी में एक ही वाक्य है ?
      यहाँ खाना बनता था इस वाक्य को हम ,
      Food used to be cooked here.
      बोल सकते हैं क्या ? धन्यवाद . 🙏

      No, "Food was cooked here" does not inherently imply habitual actions. It simply states that cooking occurred at a particular location in the past. If you want to convey habitual actions in the past, you would typically use phrases like "used to"
      "Food used to be cooked here."
      There is this mistake in this video. Thanks for let me know. And sorry for it.

    How we know this sentence is active or passive

    • @DailyEnglish4All
      @DailyEnglish4All  4 месяца назад

      Object + Helping verb + V3 (passive structure) generally when we use passive structure we don't focus on doer, we focus on work. For example I am cooking food. Here is doer "I"
      If I don't want to tell who is cooking. Then I need passive structure. For example - Food is being cooked. I hope you understand.

      @@DailyEnglish4All Actually i wanted to ask that could i say like this "It has been two hours since the clothes have been being washed" ? Or simply "since i have been washing clothes?" So can we use present progressive with since like this? Because i really don't have any idea so!?

    You want to give a hint to someone. Please clean all the clothes today. Your maximum sentence is to clean the clothes.😂😂😂😂
