    Can you make a video on how to attach this to a tree/pole with the mounting strap, the manual doesn't make it super clear

Pass it through the designated loops or holes on the camera body. Then, wrap the strap firmly around the tree or pole, making sure it's secure and tight. Our mounting strap is designed to hold the camera firmly in place, so you don't need to worry about it falling off.     Can this camera record footage continuously? If so, does it overwrite the oldest footage eventually?

      Hi, this hunting camera can be set to video mode. For example, it can record a 20-second video with a 5-second interval (when motion is detected in front of the lens, a 20-second video will be recorded, and after 5 seconds, it will continue to detect motion in front of the lens and record again). If you set "endless capture", the camera will automatically delete the earliest recorded footage to make space on the TF card for new recordings.

    Is there a way to look at the camera through an app on your phone? So you can leave it somewhere and you’ll be able to watch it record. Also what does it mean when the red light flashes over and over ?

      Hi,
      I am very sorry that this camera does not have a corresponding APP, and the photos and videos can only be viewed through the data cable or by reading the SD card.
      The red light flashes over and over: When you are in TEST mode and close the camera, the infrared light will flash non-stop, it acts as a reminder, in TEST mode can not take pictures by detecting motion Or video, you need to turn the camera to ON mode, the blue light will flash, and it will start to work normally after the blue light is off.

    Is it somehow possible to watch the preview image on a device connected via USB? Because I use a tripod and I need to view a defined area of a room as complete as possible. But since the tripod thread is on the backplane of the cam, when I open the case, the camera points away from the target and the preview display is of no use. If I could watch the preview over USB, I could (almost) close the camera and see a proper preview on the connected device.

    Is it normal in test mode for the camera to make a constant clicking noise and for the screen to flash, it stops if I cover the motion sensor

      this is normal phenomenon.
      Because in the test mode, you are setting the parameters of the camera. If the front of the lens is blocked by anything, the environment detected by the camera will be night. If you move away a little and there is a bright light, it will be detected in the daytime. It will send out when it switches between day and night. clicking sound.
      If you cover the lens completely, it detects darkness and doesn't switch back and forth, so there's no sound.

    Well bought 2 so far left 1 out on a tree got about 4hrs of use. Now it's not working. Shall see if other works this weekend.
