I had two bbl with dr William and I can definitely say scar tissue was worse at first because my massages were so painful.. the second time i kinda took charge and did my massages myself and it paid off drastically my skin was way softer and I had less knots (scar tissue). Do not sleep on those massages!!!!!!!!!
Massage, massage, massage, and Roll, roll, roll. Recovery is work 💪🏻
I did all of that and ended up with lumps.😢

I had a tummy tuck and bbl 360 in Dec 2022 😊and I’m 7weeks out now and I love my new shape . Like I thought I would still have a little fat on my tummy because I don’t think I got lipo on my tummy because of the tummy tuck but boy do I have no stomach at all . Tiny waist , hips and booty . Were can I get the roller
Can't wait to see Doctor William for my surgery
All I can say massages are the best .. have them as soon as you can .. once you can tolerate the roller do it.. start easily … it’s a slow process .. use the raining shower 🚿 it helps to tolerate your sensitivity as well. I love his tips .. they been great throughout my healing process
These are good tips too!! Thank you for commenting. Any other tips you find along the way please share. Good luck as you continue to recover.
I’m 3 weeks post op and my stomach is so swollen and stiff like a rock! I’m getting the lymphatic massages but I was able to walk 90% straight but then BOOM today I’m bent over 50% and needing a cane. I’m not sure why this is happening. I’m following all the rules and doing everything I should be doing.
I hope you're feeling better!
Her shape is amazing
Thanks Dr. Williams. I just was just asking these questions today. You explained it a whole lot better. I do have your roller and I will start rolling.
Wonderful! You can't roll too much!
I really like the way Dr Miami touches her body with respect. Some doctors treat you like a lump of meat and it repulses me.
Informative and she’s looks great.
She looks good. It is still pretty early in her recovery so I would expect a lot to really soften and tighten still.
Thank you so much !! Great video !
Glad you enjoyed it!
When is your new roller going to be available to purchase Dr. William?
The sad thing it is ready! I have them in stock...but the packaging is taking forever so probably not for another month.
@@DrWilliamMiami Just in time, my surgery is in April, I’m excited.
Man I wish I could afford to get lipo and bbl done😢.
You can do it
Save a little every month
When is it going to come out? I want to buy it!
Soon. I will announce the release when it does. It is really a great roller. It has heat and vibration as well with detachable handles so it is easy to pack and carry so you can roll at work as well. The more rolling the better. It helps with nerve pain and also to smooth the skin and prevent fibrosis.
@@DrWilliamMiami I am looking forward to it
This is great info ! Where can I buy the OGEE ROLLER ?

12 day lipo 360 post op and the burning sensation on my TUMMY os no joke
Usually feelings of burning, tearing, ripping, shooting, electric jolts are signs of nerve regeneration after surgery and touch is the therapy.

Post abdominal from when you need to start massaging?
So amazing, I love your channel. Thanks for sharing your knowledge 🙏💛
When is the best time to start rolling/massaging after lipo? Will your roller be internationaly availible? Can it be used on legs and upper arms? Can I use any massage roller? (Although it will probably not be so effektive as your specialized roller)
So rolling is absolutely essential. So much focus on boards and foams and fajas--all necessary but rolling is very powerful. Roll as soon as you can after surgery. The next day after surgery will likely hurt so you may want to wait a few days but as soon as you can tolerate it I would roll. It can be used all over the body.
@@DrWilliamMiami Thank you very much. So Rolling for about a year after lipo every day. Is half an hour or hour per day enough?
I’m 13 days post op I will like to purchase the roller please, I need it so much my skin is hard and I’m so numb😢
You can order the Ogee Roller here:
ogeerecovery.com/products/ogeeroller
Do you have to roll bare skin?
Yes that's the best. But you can start on postop day#1 and roll on top of the faja as your skin will be very sore for the first couple of days and then transition to rolling on the skin directly.
Is that roller available for purchase?
Yes, you can find it at ogeerecovery.com/products/ogeeroller
How soon after the surgery ok to start rolling?
AS soon as you can tolerate it. The earlier you start, and the more often you do it the better off you are.
How can I get a consultation under Dr Williams
Make an appointment and pay.
How long is normal for slight lumpiness to stay on tummy?
Usually for 6 months but it can last for up to 12 months.
What about hard lower stomach after about a year after liposuction, tummy tuck surgery?
When will this Ogee roller be available?
I already have it in stock but I am just waiting for the packaging--think a couple of months more probably.
@@DrWilliamMiami I just set my date for March 28th can I get one? I really don’t care about the packaging I will need it then
Doctor, how can someone order the roller from uk?

Is it normal to have sensation like type of cramps next to the bellybutton?
Where do I purchase the roller?

When is it ok to apply heat to help healing? Bbl/lipo
Hello doctor. Do you also recommend RF tightening after lipo? When to do it?
I don't, but if you were interested in it than I would start at 6 weeks after surgery.

How soon after TT and bbl can you start rolling?
Right away on day one. Here is a video you may find helpful: ruclips.net/video/6pbGrNL1yYY/видео.html
Omg am wondering if the same with tummy tuck am having this electric shock! I hate it!!
It is really the same for ALL surgeries. Not just lipo or not just plastic surgery but all surgery because the nerves in the skin get cut and then as they regenerate they cause electric shocks and pain.
How do you do massages all the time if I have to wear the faja 24/7?
You remove the faja for the massage.
Hi, Is there a time limit (weeks, months) to improve the appearance of post-lipo skin?
Yes. It takes about a year to get the final skin result. You can really help with rolling.
How long is that pain normal for?
Usually a few months but it can take a full 12 months to dissipate.
I'm 2 months post op. Is it to late to start using the roller?
No it's not.
My question is it it normal for seroma to come back in the same area a decade later and during the advanced pregnancy?
I have never heard of that. I would not assume it is a seroma and I would see your physician.
Does the rolling have to be directly on skin or can I roll over my faja?
First you an roll on top of your faja on the day of surgery just very lightly and then as you can tolerate it you roll directly on your skin.
Dr. William, I am at 4 weeks of my TT with you. However, I have some super hard nodules on one side of my abdomen, and the area is still bumped out eventhough I'm using my board. Can you please tell me if this is normal? Thank you.
I can answer it better when I see you in June.
@@DrWilliamMiami Thank you.
I had lipo 360 on the 25 can I start using the dollar even though my stitches haven’t dissolved yet?
For my patients I have them start to roll right away even starting on the same day as their surgery.
I have a question. If you have a seroma, does your body naturally resolve it or do you have to go in and have it removed?
Usually has to be aspirated--drained--if it is larger as it is unlikely to go away on its own. Smaller ones usually do resolve on their own without any intervention.

Hey doc,
If we can't roll too much - wich is great because I find it kind of addictive, with the sensation of doing exactly what I have to - how much time can we take of the Faja to roll massage during the first six weeks ?
Thanks 🦊
I think rolling is more important than the faja so I wouldn't spend all day out of the faja rolling but several times a day would be great.
I'm having surgery (Bbl & BA) with you in a few months (June), and I am unsure what size faja to buy. Could I pay for them ahead and get them after surgery so you can choose the perfect size for me?
I purchased 2 2 months prior and they swapped a size for me at post op appointment.
@India Kyles thank you, that was helpful!
You are most welcome! Good luck. Dr. Williams is so amazing as you know. I’m almost 4 weeks post op TT and full back lipo and he has been so present and supportive in helping me through some unexpected incision issues no fault to him at all. You’re in good hands!
You can watch this video ruclips.net/video/g67PaUF7_Qc/видео.html and that will help you get the right size, and if it doesn't fit just bring it in at the time of surgery and we will swap you out another size.
@Dr William Miami Thank you for your response. This is why I chose you to do my surgery. You're very attentive and informative. Thanks to your videos, I've learned a lot, and it helping me prepare myself for this life changing moment I will soon have. You're the best Dr. William! ❤
Wishing you health & happiness! 😊
Is it okay to put ice on yourself with a thin layer of cloth between it? It helped with the stinging. Where can we get that roller?
I worry about using ice when you have a decrease in sensation because it can lead to a burn. If no sensory issues I think ice is a good therapy but when the sensation is lost or decreased I have seen patients burn themselves. The Ogee Roller is available at: ogeerecovery.com/collections/ogee-roller
I have that same numbness in that area at 4 months. It’s not sore tho…
Numbness is present in every surgery--the nerves get cut in the skin--they can take years to come back. For patients that have a C-section they will be numb in the area of their scar for example or knee surgery patients will have some numbness around the knee joint and it can take a very, very long time to improve.
Itching at the transfer site? Is it allergy to the material of the faja?
No just from histamine release as your body heals--that causes itching.
Do you prescribe gaberpentin? My doctor prescribed that for nerve pain and I don’t have any nerve pain at all, literally.
I certainly have, but in my experience with my patients in a very few number of patients it works really, really well like it has worked in you, but I must say in most patients I have not found it to be very effective.
@@DrWilliamMiami i see. Thank you for clarifying. I have a question for you about Lipo HD with the ab definition - I just had my procedure last week on Tuesday and i am feeling a weird, hard sort of line up my abdomen. Sort of like there is a pencil inside. Will this go away or should i be doing something to get rid of this immediately? Thank you for your consideration.
I am sorry but I can't really answer without you being my patient but I would contact your surgeon and she what they say.
I'm 10 weeks and still have inconsistent looking skin on my stomach.. amd my waist hasbtvreally gone down much is this normal ?
At 10 weeks skin can still be lumpy--that is normal--that's why I suggest rolling. As far as the change in waist you should see a difference for sure at this point. I would make sure that internal fat is not the problem as weight loss may be the solution at this point.
@DrWilliamMiami thank u so much I have a wooden roller is that a good option ? Aldo doing ultrasound massages ... and im done with the faja I burned that thing at 10 weeks lol
I need that roller DOC 🙏
It's really good. The Ogee Roller is coming soon. It's here already actually--have a bunch of them ready to roll (pardon the pun), but just waiting on the packaging before they can ship.
Is it normal for my tummy to be purplish 2 months following lipo 360?
It is. Sometimes the bruising lasts for a very long time as it will 'stain' the underside of the dermis acting like a temporary tattoo, and will take a very long time (12-18 months) to disappear. Kind of looks like a mottled appearance. Usually appears in the flank area.
Can I do this massage a month after the operation?
Never too late to start using a roller.
Hi Dr. William! I'm 3 weeks post vaser lipo to abdomen and flanks and my ab muscles are so weak. I have difficulty standing standing straight and walking normal without hunching--I did not have a tummy tuck though! I'm 5'3" 95lbs and had a very rough recovery (lots of weakness overall). It does feel like pulling that you mention but the pulling is both skin and muscle. Is this normal?
Anyone can share if I should roll or massage after lipo?
BOTH! They do different things and you will want to roll for much longer as you will continue to roll after the massages are complete.
@Dr William Miami thank you doctor. 😘
For how long you roll??
So there are two ways to use the roller. I will make a video explain them but I would suggest using the roller until your skin is the way you want it. So for some patients that will be 3 months and yet others a full year.
@@DrWilliamMiami thanks for answering, and I rolled my skin for how many times and minutes per day ?
You cannot over roll. The more the better. So if you can do it for five minutes at a time and do it several times a day you will get good results.
going to roll right away! a big fat blunt, thanks doc
