Foam core and veneer surfboard construction

EPS foam core with bamboo deck and New Zealand Pine bottom veneer, solid Paulownia rails. I finished it with an epoxy coat but the next one I'm pretty sure I can just use linseed oil.

Awesome, I heard some guys are just finishing them with lanolin.

What kind of wood sheet do you use to cover the foam please ? I have the same project on an old surf board and I will used bamboo skin about 0.6mm thin.
