Why is there no special voter day for handicapped people maybe a day b4 able bodied PPL ? & What facilities r there for the handicapped? These r PPL like all of us but with special needs some may need to be visited at homes this section must be given the special status they deserve. I bring this point up because your video showed a person being pushed in a wheelchair.
