Heyhey! 1) Conversations is only for a website chat, it doesn't integrate with Messenger or WhatsApp. If you don't need to be on those platforms, then I would go for Conversations 🙃

Hey Annelise! The external requests are unfortunately very unforgivable, if there's one tiny mistake it won't work. Do you get any response back from ActiveCampaign? If yes, what does it say? If not, here are some other things to check; 1) Is the request URL correct? Does it contain your activecampaign username? 2) Is the ActiveCampaign API correct? 3) If you want to fill out a custom field, is it typed exactly right? And does it include the ",0" 4) Is the list ID repeated twice? So before the colon and after the colon. 5) Did you leave out the comma in the last line before the closing curly bracket? Let me know!
Hi Max. Excellent video well explained, I have a query, you will know if you can create custom fields in mailchimp, rather do the same as you did in Activecampaing but in Mailchimp, and if you have any guide that you can share.

Hey Beven! Glad you like the video! You can subscribe people to different lists, I would not see why not 🙃 I usually only stick to a Main List & Customers list, so I don't often need that option.

Hey Misbah! I don't there's a way to automatically synchronize ALL the tags. But you could setup an automation that's triggered when one of those important tags is added, and then add that tag to ManyChat. I hope that helps!

Hey Abhay! When someone gives you an email address in Facebook Messenger, you add them to ActiveCampaign & also store the ID of the subscriber in ManyChat. So it's a different ID than the contact ID in ActiveCampaign 🙃 I hope that makes sense.

Hey Bence! Happy to hear it's helpful! 😄 What you're trying to do is a bit more tricky, as you want to increase the current value of a custom field by two instead of just storing a new value into it. But it's totally possible. 1) Create a 'new action' inside the scenario and call it "increase_field". To do that, you create a new step in the router & setup the filter. 2) Then, use the "Get Subscriber's Info" module & use the ManyChat ID to get all the info about that subscriber (which includes the custom field you want to update) 3) Then, in the next module, you update the custom field with the new value by using the math functions. Use "sum(:)" to store the combined value of the old one & the value you want to add. Does that make sense? I know it's a bit complicated without seeing the scenario.
