I loved the dropping staff theory/metaphore/mantra, It reminded so much from that "there are no accidents, only happy mistakes" Master Bob Ross used to always say. Thanks for sharing your personal experiences I find every video very educative and not so much about the staff spinning. You have the gift to inspire people. Thank you, master Pasquinilli.
Hi Jim. Yes. I am familiar with it a little. I know that using ice and heat help and often a more progressive treatment will include physical therapy. So, to me, that would mean that the types of exercises that we do, would also be of great help. Getting the blood flowing and gentle movement should be of great help for the problem at first and then, in the long term, it may be preventive and preempt the condition in the future. I will ask my friend who runs a university program that trains doctors of physical therapy, what his thought and experiences are. I also think that Indian club swinging would help a lot! Hey Matt, I know you aren't particularly a fan of Wing Chun, but if you get time check out 'YT 'Enter Tai Chi.' This guy, Sifu Phu Ngo is legit, imo. He has some very interesting ideas about controlling (opponents') energy. I'm sure you'd find it of some interest! Let me know what you think, if you do :)
Guys, I want to diy a good stick for me to start. 175cm tall. What wood should I choose? What would be the cheapest way to start? And what about dimensions? How long, how thin the wood would be recommended to be? Thank you.
that last 4 minutes was some great spiritual knowledge too, i do it because it is a new challenge for me to do. Learn and move or die
"you do it because you want to, you do it because you can".. Love it ❤️👌🏼

Who the f..un gave a dislike to this gorgeous training???
Haha! It’s ok if someone doesn’t like me. It’s liberating to know that not everyone will like you and you don’t have to like everyone either.
There's always that set of people man, never disliked a video, cause if I dont like it I move on.

I'm from England, UK. I train daily in the woods or a park but I'm struggling with the "Gain the attention of a S.W.A.T Team" challenge 🤣

Depends on where you live. Are you hoping to pick it up this weekend or do you want to order it online and have it come to you?
