Not true... some people still like to get out... you might start downsizing the malls.

Leroy D. Griffin I live near a shopping center between two major streets. Burlington and Kohls are doing phenomenal because they are located in shopping centers. Easier to drive too than malls. I think macy's is experimenting with the idea

Leroy D. Griffin strip malls are the future. Better locations. Right in the neighborhoods. Just wished apple would open up more apple stores in strip malls.

A lot of brick and mortar stores will close but eventually they will make a comeback. Maybe not in the near future but, eventually.

Actually I can find better deals in retail stores. A lot of products on Amazon have higher prices. Many retail stores now offer price match, so I can get lower prices or the same prices Amazon offers if the product is identical.

Yukimi Lee your right about that. During the holidays I checked out Amazon. A lot of the prices where higher then the brick and mortar stores. Plus if you’re not a prime member you pay for shipping most of the time.

It’s true. Amazon and online other companies will destroy anything left.

brick and mortar stores will be around as long as it's not over 50 miles away and everything is in stock. this guy should be selling used cars, all he needs are the bad plaid suits.

How is he a genius when he ran jcpenney in the ground, just giving the company's cash away like there was no tomorrow, courtesy of that "happy " returns policy he introduced.
