This is so beautiful. On the part of value, yes, my life has been hard for the last seven years. A lot has happened that had me feeling devalued, unseen, unwanted etc. Two days ago, as I opened my emails to start working I was greeted by an email from our executive (I'm in communications and I write for management and execs etc) commending me and my direct manager mentioned it again about an hour later.
