I am a big fan of your cakes
I use dairy whipped cream because I cannot find it locally and need to make a 2 tier cake for the first time. I wanted to know if I can stack it a day before or not and if after stacking it should I put in in the freezer if fridge

Hi! I would stack a day before so the cake has time to set. You can put it either in freezer or fridge, both work. If you're delivering far I'd recommend freezing.
