      Yea that dick clark trinket is ODD. You would think it would say Dick Clark "record box" instead of record sox. That is just odd.

    Once again, it appears that you have found a nice and unique Artifact.
    When you found the Celt, thought who would throw that beautiful thing away?
    Now I am thinking, wow what an incentive to keep digging there.
    When it’s at the top of the original surface 2x, it looks more likely an Indian site than a throwaway.
    You deserve to find a spot where you can double up. The amount of time you spend out there and the sacrifices that you make to stay free. There’s nothing better than freedom.
    The other finds are terrific too. You better keep the local of that spot top secret. ❤ You are being blessed.

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  10 месяцев назад

      There may be a real good indian site right under that dump. Given that rock face is there...a creek below it.....maybe someone did not throw this stuff away. Maybe it was lost there. I think that is a possibility

    Do you have any tips on finding these old dumps?

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  10 месяцев назад +1

      Any bad land along roads going out of towns......this hill I am on now....has 20 dumps in 2 miles. You can walk creeks too....you will see the glass shards.
      Go into an American legion......or a "Townie Bar" and talk to locals. Ask the guys who are old enough to have fought in Vietnam and older where the old bottle dumps are. Prior to like 1960 there was no trash pickup or trashman. So people 75 or older remember taking trash to the dump on weekends. Dumps are everywhere.

    How do you clean your glass bottles? Thanks for the content ...we love it!

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  10 месяцев назад

      Well.....this is the thing. I am not digging on Flat Ground Dumps. You think about the water table in the ground. On a flat surface the water gets up in around the bottles and lays....leaving stains on them. I dig on the sides of hills....the water runs off. So All I have to do is soak my bottles in a cleaner and warm water. Then scrub them a little. And they are clean. But leats say i start digging privy's on flat ground.....water lays in around the bottles. I would have to use Muratic acid to clean them.....you can watch videos on how to clean them with acid.....Digger dave Beeler has a video on RUclips on how to do that. Watch that one if your bottles are really stained up. it will get them SPOTLESS

      I have been driving to places further away that are not as dug out. I think it had been a year since I had been on this dump....it should continue. It seems I find whatever I need for a video in 2 hours almost every day. I only stayed like an hour yesterday because I was tired...and got a video easily. I think that stone I found is not native american though. I can see a stone mason's chisel marks on it......looks like that to me. So I assume this rock is something like a chicken watering stone. It is something like that verses something ancient.

    The marbles are exception! I loved the unusual colors in the ones in this video. Liked the tiny "record" too! Maybe that stone was used as some kind of brace, on the ground---to put a pole into for a cooking fire, and the brace might keep it from sliding? Although you'd need more than one.

      Man. There are people I think have scripts for my past uploads.....on arrowheads. Then repeat all of it....and buy views. hahahaha.
      If you can get people to USE the KEYWORDS you are. The algorithm picks up on it. If you can get them to buy views....and tank their RPM......you get all the ad revenue.
      It is kind of creepy people do that. But it is kind of nice.....they have no idea what they are doing....and do not realize they effed up...............BAD

    • @rockscousteau

      Things are fair now man. The difference in pay for a channel that is buying views and subscribers verses someone who is not. Evens the playing field. It is just kind of disappointing what some people have done here with channels.

    Could the stone be an old lead Ingot mold, early American made.?

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  10 месяцев назад

      It is as good of a guess as any. I thought that when i found it....it could be something to hold molten lead. The stone has been fired. Over and over. Was it from fires in the dump? Or from use? Hard to say probably for sure.

      Jim....I think it could be 1 of about 20 different things....it is a possibility.....for sure. It is so odd...and the fact I found it in trash on a dump....complicates things a little bit. I really dont know what to think. t could even be a stone carved by a stone mason to water chickens.
