i5 FA24 Rocketry

We have liftoff!🚀
This semester, Det 330's i5 space Kealy Murphy Squadron built and launched a model rocket gathering data from seismic sensors and a Neuromorphic camera.
🤓Sponsored by Space Systems Command's SDA TAP Lab, Det 330's i5 and 8 other i5 Squadrons including USAFA and Yale were selected to learn space domain awareness related hardware, software, data and concepts related to space launch.
🫡Our launch helps provide data for the TAP Lab to address its problem statement on using seismic data, commercially available cell-phone accelerometer data, or weather data to detect the time and location of foreign space launches automatically by 2026.
