All people on the lists were notified last year that their names were on the lists and if they felt their name should be redacted (like for security reasons) they were given a chance to ask to be redacted. So, if their name came out, they did not feel any reason to ask for the exception. The royal family knew about all that ahead of time and last last year it was made known that Andrew wanted to try to go to court to get taxpayer paid security, so, that makes me believe Charles told him last year that he would need to start providing his own security that had crept up to $3million pounds.....Charles had been paying for it previously. The grounds will still remain covered due to them living in Royal Lodge, but, not their "going out" security (private security). Andrew and Fergie really do not need that anyway....so it was fluff. Gor what Andrew and Fergie do, there is no need for 3million pounds of private security....
If Andrew would move to Frogmore Cottage and King Charles put him in charge of the Royal Windsor Estate that might solve a few problems. He could be a little more low profile and have a job which has very little to do with the public profile of the RF but in a private capacity and still serving the family. The royal family knew about all that ahead of time and last last year it was made known that Andrew wanted to try to go to court to get taxpayer paid security, so, that makes me believe Charles told him last year that he would need to start providing his own security that had crept up to $3million pounds.....Charles had been paying for it previously.
The grounds will still remain covered due to them living in Royal Lodge, but, not their "going out" security (private security).

If Andrew would move to Frogmore Cottage and King Charles put him in charge of the Royal Windsor Estate that might solve a few problems. He could be a little more low profile and have a job which has very little to do with the public profile of the RF but in a private capacity and still serving the family. He has nothing at the moment and leaves him time to brood and get ideas of trying to get back which he can never do.
