I agree with everything you said in this video. Every time I buy a gun here in Florida I have to fill out that same paperwork. From what I recently heard, it's probably easier to have guns in Delaware then it is in Florida. One thing is for sure. We must get that sleepy guy out of the White House.
I consider those laws illegal as well, but since they want to infringe our rights, we need to apply that same infringement to them. Plus, if this goes to the SCOTUS and they throw all of it out, that removes the infringement on our rights.

What get's me is the 4473 form makes a point to single out Marijuana and that it is still a federal offense regardless of local laws or medical prescription. Therefore illegal to own a firearm. Now, I am not a weed smoker, never have been even though I was around in the 60's 70's and 80's. If that question was answered honestly at least 50% of firearm buyers would fail to pass.

I have an uncle that was stupid when younger(drug related), but he cleaned up his act and hasn't had any legal trouble in over 20 years, but yet he can't even have a rifle to go hunting!!! And he can't ride with me most of the time or my rights are hampered for him to not go back to prison. Honestly it's bullshit!!!

Washington Gun Law channel just put out a video on a court case in Indiana where by a person was found guilty of multiple felonies for falsifying the address on forms. The court stated the law hand nothing to do with buying a gun...all falsifying federal forms is a felony....except my take, the only reason you're filling out the form in the first place is because you're buying a gun. Strange days indeed.

The outcome of this case was never going to have any bearing on how normal people would be treated when the government wants to find them guilty for something.
