Trish cutting tips!! 🥰 hold the chicken or vegetables with your left hand and instead of chopping with the knife downward once and moving on, gentle slide the knife back towards you before making the next cut. You could also use the knife like a saw and cut back and fourth until you see it separate. But you’ll see it’s easier and separates better if you use your left hand to stabilize what you’re cutting the whole time. You need to make contact with the cutting board. Before I say this, to be clear Trisha is doing a GREAT job at learning to cook. It's impossible for us that have cooked our entire lives to put ourselves in the position of a beginner. So no shade at all. AND the final product looks great.
But, I think Ethan is going to bring up the way she cut those veggies on Frenemies, lol. And hey, you don't learn if you don't try!
And how much oil she uses. For one recipe it was damn mead a cup of oil. She should use EVOO spritzer. Canola oil tastes nasty

I more or less meant she says she doesn't know how to cook, her skills show her level of experience as well and yet she is doing such a great job just with a little self motivation and effort. I love that she is having fun learning and growing. Way better results than what I can do. :P Trisha is killing it!
Those 2 are so natural together. My favorite persona of Trish. SHE has so many characters she plays. This natural easy going laughing and having a conversation with someone she loves makes her glow.
