I actually picked up gp after watching solar for a while, took me alot of games but i can actually pop off on him now and the barrel mechanic is fun to play around and oneshot with lategame.
Remember when i played him first time and maxed 2nd W cuz i didnt even know how e works anyway xD i was bascially placing 2 barrels in 1 place and just hit them without purpose cuz i thought i will do more dmg or sum, i also went full tank with warmog as 2nd item but i ended up 5/2 doing dmg only from q due to my friends, after 2 years i also started playin him due to solar and tobias and im like 300gp on server :D
btw gj buddy you are one of the few who are physically capable of playin such a champ :)

I have a question about the best way to deal with cases like at 8:39 : for exemple, if Diana had a few more HP (so you have to add an AA to kill her), would it be better to [AA -> Q] or [Q -> AA]. What way would land the faster to maximize the chances to kill ? Thanks a lot :) !
Im not a gp main or anything, but he has sheen item so it’s better to Q first, that will give a bonus damage to the AA because of sheen’s passive. If you do It the other way around you don’t get the physical damage bonus from the sheen passive. Just read at it : Spellblade: After using an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds deals 100% base AD bonus physical damage on-hit (1.5 (begins after using the empowered attack) second cooldown).
Correction. Sheen applies the passive to GP's q since his q applies on hit effects. That's why sheen is really strong on GP.
I'm pretty sure that it depends on the situation, like if you've used an ability other than q and then AA your auto will apply the sheen passive which then puts it on CD for a bit so your q won't be able to also apply it. I believe that if you haven't used an ability you can AA > Q no issue. But if you've used something else I'd be better to Q > AA
@@TheSoulReaperGR I mean if you haven't used any other ability before q, your q will proc sheen passive, so AA'ing first results in less damage output. And if you've used something else before, it doesn't really matter if you AA or q for sheen but q'ing will do more damage.
if you are in range, I think [AA -> Q] would be better as q has longer range and can therefore be used to kill people if they used a dash or smt.

Makes sense why the interaction doesnt work, the rune activate half a second of entering in combat xD, but if you apply and then one shot you can make a lot of money

Towers have armor until 5 minutes so he wouldn’t have gotten a plate. He also wanted to get back asap to deny yasuo from farming while also having more stats
Better to leave the lane where it’s at and since he was getting boots anyway he would arrive back before yasuo could completely clear the wave
