@@SanjayGuptaTechSchool I have given record access as a private for account object in OWD but i am able to see the records in both users how can i restrict this please help me
Another user should be able to view those record which are owned by that user. If another user is able to see all record then check object settings of account object and verify view all and modify all should be unchecked.
Hiii sanjay .I can't understand .. please said that little bit and english explanation...so many guys are waiting for Telugu learning understanding... please tell that tell..and you have got more subscribers..

you have set vikash gupta as CEO and Sanjay gupta as COO . Can sanjay gupta can see all the accounts or can he only see his accounts?
through sharing rules we share the records to group of useres only or can we share to individual user.
Hi sir , can we achieve account team members access to the accounts on which they are team members ? if so can you please share your solution ?
Sir awesome tutorial..
Very Good Video, My All concept are Cleared 👍

At 20:00 You can Enable 'Sharing' Quick Action in Lightning Experience from Contact Page layout.
Yes Nice catch. And now it is available by default on record page.
@@SanjayGuptaTechSchool sir please can you provide ppts ?
Sorry brother. I can’t.
@@SanjayGuptaTechSchool okay sir is it fine if we read form yours videos for understanding?
Don’t take it otherwise.
In the Public Group, does Sanjay Gupta & Vikas Gupta are members of Internal User Group
They are individual users those are part of public group.
Great video.. I have a question.
Unlike Permission Set, is org wide default used to open up or restrict access for records?
OWD is used to restrict and roles, sharing rules are used to open up record sharing.
@@SanjayGuptaTechSchool thanks
But it will reflect to all other users also right here my point is how to prevent from anyone perticular user
After sign up in developer edition org we are still getting error while doing challenge as... We cant find preconfigured roles in org...what to do

Good explanation. Just issue with the sound quality + lots of ads in between. It's just breaks the flow.
Thanks and sound issue is resolved with new videos. To have content without ads then you need to buy udemy courses.

What is other user’s profile?
Hi Sanjay,
If I have 2 profiles both are custom profiles cloned by system administrator profile then how can I restrict the record level access??
For record level restrictions use OWD, roles and sharing rules. Profile doesn’t needs any changes.

ca you share this Black PPT

You're welcome!
The another user is still able to see my account records even after i mark it private in my sharing settings. Why so??
Another user should be able to view those record which are owned by that user. If another user is able to see all record then check object settings of account object and verify view all and modify all should be unchecked.
Awesome, Thank You :)

Have you created record through both users and tested? Because sharing happens based on ownership or criteria.
