At 12:30 the little round glass eye is being put in, but the underlying piece is missing, then it reappears, but the little round glass piece is missing as the front glass plate has been put in place, see 13:13!! Otherwise, a pretty decent demo.
Will replacing the screen, set the phone back to factory settings? Will I be able to retrieve all my important stuff saved on the phone once the screen is changed?

Pro tip! Batteries are best removed with credit cards or Play Store cards! It's a safe way to get the thing out without explosive damage!
