Yes, most people that don't have majestic or major arcana have all stun epics. The daggers later in the video that are in majestic are the most geared on server with +25 skills and 300 attributes and stuff and full epics as well
It's because people don't wear proper stun resistance gear. It shows that people have been enjoying stun not working properly for years and now that it works with retail values people didn't learn to respect it yet.
