If you run across another broken window in another project when peeling the seal out use a shopvac to catch the glass it works great

Just a tip when soldering the plastic peaces together try to wear a mask I don't want my favorite RUclipsrs to die from the fumes coming off of it.
With the window tint there is a backing film you peel off and one side is sticky you stick to the window

When prepping for tint, spray the glass, and rzr blade It, then get a white scotch brite pad.. scrub the window and then squeege all the water off, get like a blue low lint shop towel, wipe the window, and then spray soapy water over window, pull the release liner on the film and try to only touch the very edges, and then go straight to the glass.. and install..
Great job! When tinting spray the soapy water on the side you are squeegeeing too so you won't scratch the film with the squeegee.

frame area cleans up easy with a large bucket of soapy water and a big piece of soapy water. I prefer "Dawn" soap- its good at cutting grease!

Add some water/soap on both sides especially on top when you are using the squeegee so it doesn't scratch the tint
try green scotch brite pads and wire wheels for prepping frame and axles for paint

When your tinting windows ya should use a heat gun to fit it real tight and shrink up any excess tint or bubbles
Have you tried spraying tire foam on the frame and wheel wells, you might be surprised to see that you might not have to paint.
Also, clean the entire glass with soapy water and a razor blade. Then squeegee it dry. Spray the soapy water on the film as you remove the liner and install. Should come out trash free.

Did you guys peel the clear backing off that tint?🤔 if not that tint will just peel off, theres a layer of glue between the clear backing and tint that adheres to the window.

Do you guys use a power washer to clean the cars, because I would think if you did it would mess up the paint because of the power. Please let me know if you do or do not and what soap you guys use. Thank you

I only buy super glue "Gel" because it doesn't run. ...none runnin on ur parts or on ur fingers! and don't forget to take the clear sheet of plastic off the window tint. Also, many window tint people recommend "Joy" brand dish soap for the spray bottles. I have used several brands but it is said to be better.
