STICK TO THE STUFF YOU KNOW DOESNT IRRITATE. DO NOT CHANGE EVEN IF YOU FORGOT TO BUY SOME. TRUST ME. and beat the SHIT out of your skin if you have to itch, i swear itching is the devil because you will keep going. inner elbows: after the shower, moisturize and try to let it absorb with your arms unfolded to avoid extra moisture. wrists: CLEAN DESK SURFACES. i always carry wet wipes or rub hand sanitizer on the desk ESPECIALLY AT SCHOOL AND WORK. that shit nasty so keep it out of your skin. moisture and blah. hands: clean with gentle soap and rub, not scrub. moisture. I use Aveeno Intense overnight moisture cream and a prescribed hydra Cortizone for intense break outs. GOOD LUCK. it takes some time to figure out the products safe for your skin. (i use aceeno body wash in lavender)

It destroyed the little confidence I had. I got a little spot on my bum 2 years ago. Then later I got one like that in my hair in the back of my neck. I used to stress alot too and that made it grow bigger and bigger. Dry itchy and scaly I was ignorant enough to use those steroid creams for long time. Would go away instantly for 2 weeks and then come back then it flared up even further . I thought to myself it must be deeper issue. Ive done research for long time. I am now eating gluten free even though im not allergic to it to completely clear my gut. Also bought Klorane shampoo because drugstore shampoos can be harsh on the skin (pantene especially). Im doing these little things to help it. But whats more exciting is that i learnt about this bacteria called H. Pylori. Its related to eczema (atopic dermatisis). Do your research and learn. I ordered a test for myself and im gonna see what the results are. I really hope to have found my problem and finally get it solved. If my results show I have the bacteria I am bringing the results to gastroenterologist and theyre supposed to prescribe an antibiotic to kill that bacteria. I write that from long time doing research and i hope you learnt from it and maybe try it yourself. The H pylori lives in acidic environment so the antibiotics are meant to remove the acids in the gut. Also lots of people got that bacteria but most people wont get the symptoms of it. And its super easy to get it. Drinking from a cup with someone or kissing. Hope i make sense. Ill update on my case after that if someone wants to know. Good luck to all people with eczema. It made me so self conscious growing up because everyone would laugh and point. What really helped me however tho was this goats milk soap, shampoo, conditioner and cream. I would take a shower wash my body, hair, and then when I would get out i would put it where it was the worst. It’s all 100% organic and all natural so it doesn’t damage your skin at all super cheap and affordable and also not to mention amazing and helpful
