AACR 2024 Spotlight Theater

This talk highlights two different oncology research applications for Roche’s Digital LightCycler® dPCR System. First, Yu Zhao, Roche Sr. Applications Specialist, describes the DNA methylation analysis of the RASSF1A promoter in cancer cell lines; this assay enables precise detection and absolute quantification without requiring bisulfite conversion or reference standards. Then, GT Molecular discusses a new AML research panel developed for the Digital LightCycler®; this assay enables sensitive detection of AML-associated variants using DNA extracted from liquid biopsy samples. The assay highlights and leverages the clinical utility of the Digital LightCycler® dPCR System.
