I would say Reed is best option from this banner. In your case you wanted GG or Horn, but they are not too far off to be in the yellow cert shop... assuming you have the certs.
Reed is fantastic and I'm glad I got her after all this time, but in my case based on the ops that I already built and my playstyle, Reed wasn't as big a priority. But I'm definitely happy with my results nonetheless!
build reed bro, if you use her you will understand how broken she is, s2 melts enemies, s3 is insane aoe for hoards of enemies + she can be a very strong healer as long there are enemies to melt
I got irene, which would've been nice if I hadn't gotten degen just days before. I wanted reed, mountain or surtr but oh well, scam banner scammed me, my fault

Update: I have now built my Reed! Thank you to everyone that suggested I build her and try her out! She's great!
