I do believe that last convo was what changed Seulkis mind. In her head, when Jinyoung said he hadnt decided yet and started talking about life afterwards ( which I dont blame him for) is the turning point in which Seulki took as a "rejection".
PS. Jinyoung was never in that show "Soldiers'. Think you mistaken for Toy Soldiers...
