I got to this video bc I was looking up ways to practice without actually shooting my bow & I gotta say this is ingenious. Great work
For as simple as it is, this thing is actually pretty amazing. I added heavier springs to match my hold weight and after a little measuring and knot tying you can get it to your exact draw length pretty easily. I also tied a wrist loop to keep it from flying out of my hand.
You should make a video on how you did yours
I thought the gun cleaning pad was blueprints for it. I was like, "wow, this guy doesn't mess around."

exercise bands then cord , it dosnt matter how short u are the stretch will give u the length + reelease

Great ideas. Have you seen the Archer's Release Trainer by MD-50 GEAR? It can be set to your exact draw length and hold weight. And costs under $30.
