I grew up in Seattle, moved to Phoenix and lived there for 4 years, then moved to Philadelphia for law school. Don't get me wrong, the weather in Arizona is wonderful (except for the summer when you can't leave your house), but nothing beats flying back to Seattle/Philly and seeing water and greenery and trees

I think grass is always greener- I live in Phoenix and miss the green of the east coast. This time of year is perfection though in PHX. The summer does suck 🫠

I grew up in Phoenix and I always love seeing peoples' reactions to palm trees and the cacti. Phoenix is gorgeous in the winter but the summers are definitely rough because it's too hot to even go outside (unless you're swimming) so you can't really appreciate the desert most of the time, although there are cooler places up north you can visit (but even Sedona can get pretty hot in the summer)
I don't know if Lila can eat plain greek yogurt, but i just recently learned that using the yogurt instead of milk in scrambled eggs, they come out so much lighter and fluffier. It's been a game changer for our scrambled eggs.

I moved from MN to AZ in 2017 and I am never moving back lol. I love the sun and warmth.
We just travelled for the first time with our four month old and it was exhausting and his sleep schedule got completely off. 😅 proud of you for traveling and getting out there
