In September 2024 the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice have closed (the main chapter of) the Google Shopping saga. This is a seminal case, advancing the professional disciplines of competition law and competition economics, influencing many digital markets, and having big implications on various industries.
Three established , very reputable competition law academics offer their analysis of the case - starting from the history, looking at all phases, examining in detail the latest judgment, and offering some forecast as to the implications.
