I´ve been working with Joe Dispenza´s books and meditations for almost two years. My body is changing, my mind and my relationships are changing. There are more magic things in my life each day... My biggest takeaway from this video is to remember that when I think I´m failing with my meditation, I´m the observer!! I´m not being myself anymore! I can see the person thay I´ve been for many years. And being feeling on my future is getting easier and easier each time. Your video helped me to make a compilation about my learnings and experiences. Thank you Evan! Today I begin to meditate twice a day, and take action in giving my home more love (I have a to do list with 25 important things to complete today :) )

i totally agree with you i awakened in 2012 and i was 32 now 42 i have developed addictions as struggling to cope with my awakening and all the craziness in the world I have had to adapt and change my life to go with this shift i realise all the lies ive been told by the system and i am working every day to be a better version of myself thanks for your comment it has resonated with me 🥰
Having a hard life doesn't make it your last life. Everyone says to me "oh honey you've had it so rough, this must be your last life." No. No it's not. Reincarnation is continuous until we hit absolute perfection. Until the soul is completely flawless, the lessons of Life ARE it's purpose.
Sorry if that's disappointing. Honestly, it was to me at first. I'm tired, I don't want to fucking come back. Now I realize that my difficult life was to give my soul a lot of hard lessons in ONE lifetime, that is why I chose this before I came here. We all choose our lives before we live them. For my next life I will likely be able to choose a much easier, less painful but not without some struggles (we still need lessons) as I've come through a much better person than I used to be and I'm trying every day to be better, however it is most definitely not my last life and it won't be for a very long time. Not for any of us.

You can always affirm for her. Sometimes we need to lend a helping hand. Just make sure to include in alignment with the highest good of all to avoid interfering with free will. I see great change in people when I start affirming for others their best selfs aligned with sources will and with love backing my request. My step daughter and I are having a better relationship which I know affirmations helped tremendously. When I incorporated those affirmations with love as the driving force behind my requests, things between us began to change. I hope you find the answers and blessings on your journey! ❤

My first experience freeeeaked me out AFTER I thought about it lol but in the moment, it was soooo beautiful!! My head filled with a gold light and I had flashes of memories in the sun. Then my family I was missing so much came to visit and I got an RV I always wanted that same month! I had 2 experiences in 1 year. It’s been about 3 years since then. @@EvanCarmichael yes sir this is one of the best motivational videos I’ve ever heard. Was taking a nap listening to a different one and soon I got up I found this one playing. It has been playing for a while before I woke up and it was at the right times it was at the best spot seemed like God wanted me to listen to that part and then I continue listening to it until the end while cleaning my house. After the end I restarted the video from the beginning; however, I watched and listened to it three time. It a great, informative , inspiring and valuable video keep doing the great work my brother one way to add value in the life of others. I used to think that maybe I had multiple personalities as a kid and growing up.. because every time I wanted to overcome issues, I felt the urge to reinvent myself as a new self.. but now it all makes sense. It was my instincts or 6th sense to find a natural and protective mechanism within myself to heal and rise up from whatever struggle I was going thru. It does works too. Becoming conscious of our subconscious childhood learnings may be the awareness we seek. Those old and well-established physical neural pathways kidnap our thoughts, then our emotions, leaving us in repetitive old unconscious patterns. When we dig deep into our automatic behaviors, our reactions and our fears, we begin understand that they are based on the info taught us by our parents, early caregivers and teachers, not from ourselves.
Then it's possible to choose to reroute our now conscious thoughts onto new physical neural pathways built of our own choosing of our true thoughts and feelings, which, thru repetition, become stronger and stronger, as our previous physical neural pathways actually atrophy and are reabsorbed by our brains. It's amazing, once self-aware, how we can choose to change ourselves for the good... we can replace our existing and often negative, self-abusive and counter-productive patterns with our new positive choices, forever changing our lives permanently!
Your brain is a marvelous creation, and you can affect all subconscious with every conscious choice!
PS: This beautiful opportunity has come to me at about the same age.... 🙃incredible at any age to be able lose my fears and negative thinking in favor of embracing life and positive change! 🌟

Had to listen to this about 8 times (this time!) but it really is true; we have a thought, then because of the thought we have a feeling. We can think anything we want-it's the only thing we can control, right? Can not control what is out there-only what's in here. So if we feel because of our thoughts, why wouldn't we choose to feel good every time? So we can jump out of that crappy thought box and find that other luxurious box (different-happy, comforting thoughts) and think those things. Then because of those thoughts-and they are true-not just tricking yourself-but understanding and believing a new interpretation of circumstances-we feel happy and comforted. It's said that we can change our brain with our thoughts.

This is familiar to me from a Jeffery Combs seminar and Regan Hillyer the art of manifesting. I’m a work in progress for my neurons need rewriting. My thoughts are helping change my actions as I try to get out of my head and consciously change my reality of this ADHD way of living(recently finding out) but motivated now that things make more sense or are just brought to light that I can acknowledge them and be better than I was yesterday. NOT JUST POSITIVE THOUGHTS BUT ACTUALLY GETTING THINGS ACCOMPLISHED.
PS. While I listened to this and other motivating videos I built community cat shelters #TNRCatLady and final went through the junk drawer. Bonus it’s been 2 days since I cleared off the kitchen table my dump zone and it’s still clean. #progress
