Jarrell Miller received his ban from NYSAC, due to VADA testing. What Ryan Garcia posted has nothing to do with NYSAC can only do their own testing. If you reread it, it states that NYSAC can choose to use third party if they choose. Not enough information has been released so far to clarify if NYSAC decided to rely on VADA testing for this event.
But if Jarell Miller didn’t object on the grounds that the third party testing is unauthorized, then he waived the irregularity. Ryan will definitely make the challenge.

The only thing we know for sure is Devin got beat up.
If the sample was collected [before] the glove up and that sample was collected by an official NYAC member and then the sample was giving to VADA by the NYAC, it makes it a valid submitted sample. However, if VADA, IS NOT the official testing company, then enforcement cannot happen because the urine/blood sample left the ‘chain of custody’. Therefore, no punishments or the like is enforceable… However, if VADA is within the chain of custody, then a DQ or No Contest can be stamped and further penalties can be imposed. VADA has to be within the chain of custody because how and why would they have access to either athletes sample (Ryan’s or Devin’s).

Jarrell Miller received his ban from NYSAC, due to VADA testing. What Ryan Garcia posted has nothing to do with NYSAC can only do their own testing. If you reread it, it states that NYSAC can choose to use third party if they choose. Not enough information has been released so far to clarify if NYSAC decided to rely on VADA testing for this event.

The only thing we know for sure is Devin got beat up.

However, if VADA, IS NOT the official testing company, then enforcement cannot happen because the urine/blood sample left the ‘chain of custody’. Therefore, no punishments or the like is enforceable… However, if VADA is within the chain of custody, then a DQ or No Contest can be stamped and further penalties can be imposed. VADA has to be within the chain of custody because how and why would they have access to either athletes sample (Ryan’s or Devin’s).

The fact is, it has nothing to do with steroids. Haney has open stance problems, and all he needed to do was keep his hand up against the left hook.
