Regarding customer service would the A.I be able to detect if unintentional fraud is being committed by: for example, if the customer doesn't disclose a change in exposure to the insurance company would this break an insurance contract? Let me give you an example: If a client states he is renovating his home and obtains a one year policy for it but completes renovations a quarter of the term and puts the property on the market and doesn't disclose it to the broker or insurance company, Would the A.I be able to detect that the exposure has changed and endorse or cancel the policy? As a broker I speak with many people all over the US and from all 50 states and I have noticed this pattern of non-disclosure. I believe it is due to the increase in cost of insurance when the exposure changes that people don't disclose it because nobody wants to pay more money.

AI can definitely notify the insurance carrier or broker if it detects actual exposure is different from the one reported.
