    मीनू गुप्ता जी मेरे को लगता है कि आपने कभी घी बनाया ही नही, आप लाईक, कमेंट और शेयर के चक्कर में गलत जानकारी दिया करें क्यौंकि कभी भी मख्खन को पकाते समय उसमें आटा नही डाला जाता है। क्यौंकि मख्खन के अन्दर जो पानी होता है उसको आटा सोख लेता है जिसकी वजह से घी लगभग दस से पन्द्रह दिनों में ही खराब हो जाता है।

    इस तरह मक्खन निकालना आयुर्वेद के खिलाफ है,मलई मे दही लगाकर उसे घुसलने से जो मकखन निकलता है वो आयुर्वदिक होता है.सुर मकखन मे शक्कर, आटा ये न्ही डाला जाता.

    Thank you maam I tried your technique and it worked like a magic within a few minutes butter came out so nicely before this it was very difficult for me to make butter even using electric beater it used to take almost an hour and the quantity was also very less but with your technique a good amount of butter came out that too within a few minutes once again thank you so much Maam and I am your new subscriber.🙏🙏🙏😘😘😘

    Mam आप जैसे दही जमाते है वैसा इस मलाई में खमीर लगाके उसको मलाईवाला दही जमा करके फिर मख्खन बनाए।हम इस घी को आयुर्वेदिक घी केहेते है। उसमे जदा औषधी गुण होते है। धन्यवाद।

    Madam ,direct मलाई से निकाले गये मक्खन का स्वाद अच्छा नहींः होता जबकि दूध या मलाई को जमाकर दही बना ले तब मक्खन निकाले ।ये असली मक्खन तथा अधिक स्वादिष्ट होता है ।

    Fresh malai and malai kept longer even outside the fridge or with curd makes different types of Ghee. The latter makes cultured ghee.

      Never add flour. If you need to keep track of temperature to avoid over heating, you can use leaves of peel of lemon./. or Tulsi leaves or curry leaves.... Flour is most unwanted addition.
