What country are you playing from? It might be an issue with connectivity since game servers are only available rn in Canada, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico
i am playing from india brother and it used to work before. then I thought of getting back into the game now this problem occured. ubisoft sucks 😞

For ranking up you need hella patience especially if ur solo queuing, remember that in a game like rainbow six siege the main way you learn and get better is by trial & error so whenever you die try to reconsider what you could have done better instead and implement it for next time
I also recommend practicing ur aim a lot to get it down and for movement wise try to strafe while you shoot and hold positions while ads’d whenever you can, make the enemy push to you first type of thing. Play as much as you can too so you can create strategies for urself to use for each bomb site after a while
The character selection for the mobile version kinda sucks compared to the console \pc version
