Dude, did you tamper any wire or connected the fuse box to install the dashcam ? Please confirm, these 2 methods are not suggested by showroom guys. Can we directly connect to usb cable for power ?

If i am using a hardwire kit to connect the dashcam to fuse box and if i am leaving my car parked and not using for 1 or 3 month as i often travel abroad due to work, In this case since my dash cam is connected by hardwiring to fuse box will my car battery charge will get drained completely or not. Kindly need a clarification on this.

Image quality is excellent, even in pitch dark condition it shows great details of the surrounding. I was using DDPAI in my other car and was satisfied with the performance, so I decided to stick to the same brand.

I got this installed in the fuse box, but you can power it directly using the USB port
@@TravelingMountscan you confirm or show pic of which fuse was used . There needs to be 2 fuse one for ACC AND ONE FOR b+.

It won’t unless you cut some wires (which is not required anyways) .. so you are good! checked at Mahindra service centre which is known to us
