Taiwan is place name, the real contury name is ROC, Republic of China ,Look at your ID card and flag. Don't limit yourself to place names because afraid of mainland China.
Even we here in Austria 🇦🇹 know that Taiwan 🇹🇼 is an independent state, with its own military and an elected president who was elected in a democratic way and not like china by a communist party :D When will the „ccp = chinese communist party“ finally understand that the Taiwanese are proud people and do not belong to the Communist-People's-Republic-of-China?!
I truly respect how each country has their own baseball culture, and it is completely up to the people in Taiwan to decide. The crowd cheering, chanting, dancing and all with the cheerleaders is great, but I am wondering if playing music and shouting MC using the public speakers, especially when the pitcher is about to throw, is regulated to a certain extent. If it's not, maybe it should be as the home team organisation could intentionally disturb players in favour of their team. For me personally, I'd like to hear the crowd going crazy for the game, but without the artificial enhancement.
I think the rules are more or less the same around the world, that there are generally no rules against making noises, only that you can’t visually interfering with pitchers/batters by having movements behind home plates or in the center field.
@@KevinKaiChan While there is no baseball rules against this, MLB and NPB have guidlines regarding the use of stadium speakers during games, such as limitations on the volume and timing of audio played through the speakers.
@@KevinKaiChan Right, but my comment was to point out if the use of stadium speakers should be more regulated for the professional baseball games in Taiwan in general. Though I understand it is completely up to the fans and players there to decide, I just though of sharing my personal opinion and the reason.
This is the first time I heard the metaphor of "harassment". I believe that the organizers, referees, and even the opponent team are not deaf... They can protest, but I have never heard of similar protests internationally. ...The most important thing is that this method of cheering is not the first time, Taiwan's professional baseball has a history of 35 years...
The chinese still need to improve their american sport(s) skills, Both Mainland china and Chinese speaking Taiwan. After the first inning, I knew it was going go be a long evening for the chinese island unless MERCY rules get applied

Yap! We Are TAIWAN nothing about China !!!
