Just great, thanks so much guys. Since putts that are short never seem to go in...A friend and I play a game called draw back. Total score, lowest wins. 9 stations around a hole. If you putt and the putt is short, you draw back two putter lengths away from the hole. If your short again, two more putter lengths. If you pass the hole by more than a putter length, draw back one putter length away from the hole. The object is to pass the hole (Give it a chance) but never by more than one putter length. Really helps to eliminate three putts. Oh, every putt has a semi circle around and behind the hole. This is the no draw back zone. If you're in the no draw back zone and your putt is short, two putter lengths....More than one putter length beyond the hole, costs one putter length. Scores tend to be really low or really high. Good Luck!!!!

"Heads or Tails" Self scramble, each player plays 2 balls, write H on 1 ball, T on the other, hit both balls, flip a coin, if its heads you play the H ball, if its tails play the T ball. Same for every shot. When putting, if you sink 1 and miss the other you must flip to see which 1 counts, if it is the one you missed you put from there, if you make both putts no need to flip, hole is over.

We all know the rule-making process in made up games should be as competitive as the actual game. Add the putt out to turn it into an up and down competition with chances on the chip but not the putt?
@Fried Eggs Golf.....an idea for a challenge....do a challenge where it's similar to Top Golf and create zones on your green. Use a decent yardage tee box and each golfer gets maybe 8-10 shots to get the most points. The loser takes a dip in the pond
