I agree 🤣 I've actually put on some more muscle since this video but I have a ridiculously high metabolism. I ingest between 3500-5000 calories a day. Meal supplement drinks between meals and post workout serious mass shakes. 🤷♂️ On the bright sight I have amazing cardio and core strength. 😂👍🏽
