There is no way in the real world, that you can get a divorce and get married again in the space of a day. In Australia, you have to wait 1 month and 1 day after a divorce has been finalised before a person can remarry.
In what universe can you divorce and marry on the same day??? Submitting the forms is just that - submitting forms! The likelihood of them being processed the same day they are submitted is virtually zero anyway - never mind that things have to be investigated etc. In the UK you're only divorced once the Court has processed the papers and put their seal to it. You start with the Decree Nisi - and it's 6 weeks before it becomes Absolute. At that point ONLY are you divorced.

In some countries there is no 'cooling off' period (Aka 12 months of separation before you can file) for divorces if they are amicable.
Mine was 60 days after you file you can get a court date and then court and bam divorce. I'm in Texas
