Thank you so much this worked for me :) I didn´t have Facebook installed but I had Instagram and this caused the error for me. I did everyhting in the video with my Instagram App and now finally this error is away. I am so happy!
Hi. Here i am facing the exact same issue but the problem is I don't have Facebook installed so in settings what do I do to stop this things popping up every 5 seconds..I have done factory reset also but still facing the issue.
For anyone who wants to know who has this problem what does not have Facebook I recommend you to restart your phone

it can happen to you if you are using other Meta apps, like Instagram
