If the server was running windows, I would still use curl because most of the time, server administrators want to make life easier for themselves so they install the same tools that they would use on a linux server, but still if I was having doubts some PS scripting will save the day.
I'm really busy at the mean time with work, but as soon as I settle things out, I will create a discord server for all the awesome people here, so we can communicate on a larger scale.
