Good setup. Few opinions from me. 1. The side long filler pieces can be fitted on the board's sides with hinges so that the need to keep them separate can be saved. 2. The front supporting boxes can be replaced with two legs with hinges and can keep foldwd while not in use. Alltogether, everything except the food tray remains single piece. I will also do something in my Hyundai i20.
