I tried this on an iron golem, and it didn't work. I tried on a cow, and it did. I tried on a spider, and it didn't work. I rewatched this video, and triple checked all my spelling and capitalization. Any idea why it didn't work? (Thx for the video btw, because it worked with the cows. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong for other mobs) Edit: I got the spider to work, because I wrote "texture" and not "textures", but I think the iron golem is because of something other than mispelling, because I checked that one another 3 times

Make sure you first see the .zip and then you can change that to .mcpack. If you don't see the .zip then what you would get would be filename.mcpack.zip which would not work.
Check your spelling, make sure there are no capital letters in any file or folder name, make sure you saved the pack as .zip and not .rar. Basically double check the pack to make sure everything is 100% perfect.

I just checked and you are right. The Iron Golem is no longer working with resource packs. No idea why not.

Changing Villager skins is just like changing the cow skin. Double check the pack and look for spelling errors.
