Ordered one june 11th pre order and company has no customer service , cotacted them aug 11 and was told another 5 weeks , contacted them again sept 15th and said it would be another 5 weeks , but we have a orange one . I just cancled order and if this is any indication of how they communicate then the warranty would be just as good ! 😂
@@davidmerrifield1797 They are a newer company that is overcoming some difficulties with supply and demand. These stump grinders have been in high demand. That demand has backed up delivery times. Remember they are shipping these across the Pacific. You can only rush production so much before you sacrifice quality. Same goes with shipping, if you rush it, you'll end up with damaged components. I've been told that if it is marked as pre-order, you should expect 2 to 4 months. To compensate that delay, they seem to discount the price while it's in a pre-order status. Once they have them readily available again, the price will likely reflect. No offense intended here, but it is my opinion that if you would have been a little more patient, you would have received a product that you would be proud to own for a fraction of what you would've paid another company. At the end of the day, I hope you find yourself a Stump Grinder soon and Happy Grinding. Take care.
I tried to order one like you have (I was prepared to wait) but you can't even order them....out of stock. How do you know about the 3 month lead time? Can you help me out?
After I received mine, I noticed that they had listed them as out of stock so I reached out to MechMaxx. That's when they told me of the 3 month wait. If you want the orange one specifically, I think you'll have to wait until they return to stock. I would contact them directly and see if they have more information. I had luck with the chat with us option on their website.
Was told the orange one was out of stock but green was available so that's what I ordered that came yesterday in just under a month, but the 18 extra teeth that I also ordered wasn't with it, interestingly the metal shipping container it was in was badly beat up but the stump grinder wasn't affected.
@@inspectr1949 The spare teeth that I ordered shipped separately as well. They came about a week after I received the stump grinder and I believe mine were delivered by FedEx. Maybe you can break out a hammer and straighten the crate out to where you can repurpose it.
