Definitely keep your pink fragrances in a cool, dark and dry place. My YSL Baby Doll went from pink colored to a green-yellow even though it smells the same as it ever did.
It was such a relief to sniff my bottle of Paris Paris for the first time. Absolutely loved it at first sniff. It's very much like La Colle Noir from Dior, but with a little patchouli and something a little extra special. I definitely get a lot of lemonade on the pretty pink rose in the beginning. And then it softens into a fresh tangy rose with green touches and sparkle. And for an Eau de Toilette it has a decent longevity. Very pleased, and yes if chanel creates an Eau de Parfum I'll be very excited for it.

Just in love with the Paris Paris fragrance! Bought the body lotion too which is as well beyond lovely.
I absolutely love Chanel Paris! I bought the body lotion as well at my boutique, and together layered they are just fabulous, and lasted well into the night. I was so happy that the new Les eaux de Chanel Paris Paris was this lovely too! I love Rose, and this is rose done beautifully. I must try Rose Essence too. Thankyou for your video review. X

I agree with your description of Paris. I smelt more of the Rose too. Unfortunately it got too strong and heavy for me after an hour. I guess it was the patchouli. I prefer the Dior. It smells lovely and fun.

QUERIDA ERIN: Acabo de recibir hoy el EAU PARIS PARIS DE CHANEL. Ha sido una compra a ciegas con la seguridad de que me iba a encantar y asi ha sido. Es absolutamente maravillosa. Tengo todas las EAUX DE CHANEL, excepto Paris Biarritz, y me encantan. TODAS ELLAS!!! hasta el momento quizás mis favoritas eran Paris Venise y Paris Riviera, pero esta es DIVINA!!! Es preciosa y creo que la primera fragancia de CHANEL en la que se aprecia claramente la ROSA. Creo que se va a convertir en mi EAU de CHANEL favorita.
Tambien he recibido la Body Lotion, que usare mañana.

Bruh that description of the water in Grasse was so evocative, magical, and nostalgic even though I have never been to France. I wonder if to this day that phenomenon occurs, with the amount of pollution everywhere maybe not. That description makes me think what things would be like if we got to be closer to nature always and the reactions we would have. The nature + culture combo is super important.

PS I LOVE the new Paris - Paris; I got a sample at Chanel in Waikiki and it was so elegant on my skin. I might need to add this to the collection. It's like, a sparkly scent!
I absolutely adore Rose n Roses it's the perfect musky rose. Way better than absolutely blooming & blooming bouquet. I'd love to hear a comparison of the new one and Rose n Roses!
Pretty light perfume. Is not lemony at all. I got it last week for Mother’s Day. Love it.

I can't wait to get these. Seriously, I hope I like them. They seem to be calling out to me. This will be my first Dior fragrance and my 3rd Chanel fragrance. I like lighter scents and concentrations so I don't have to worry about applying too much.

I don’t like rose scents BUT I own two that I LOVE! They are Rose Gipsy from the Privee Christian Dior collection and Byredo’s Rose of No Man’s Land-goodness me these are so dang good! You got me in rose mood so now I’ll pulling these out!

OMG!!! I just received the Chanel Paris Paris. I did a blind buy after watching this video, and IT IS DIVINE!!! So fresh, so elegant. Smells clean!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
Is it light or give you headache?
@@Valak908 this is difficult to answer bc everyone has different triggers which can cause a headache. I would say this is on the light side, but still smells wonderfully.

I just got a good sized sample of Chanel Paris with a sample of the lotion from my Chanel rep. I really love Chanel Paris and it doesn’t smell like pepper on me at all as some people says it does on them. The smell gets even better on the dry down. I’ll definitely be purchasing this soon! 😃
That’s the thing about Dior scents. So light and airy but gone by lunchtime. It seems like you need more sprits of that to enjoy it all day.

I purchased Paris Paris through the Chanel site, thinking I would love it. Unfortunately I don’t! It smells so earthy peppery on me after a few hours. I will try it again with lotion, based on a comment on here. I am a Chanel fan, so I really want to love this!

Just hearing the general notes, a fruity citrus with a rose heart, it almost sounds like an elevated version of Chance Eau Tendre EDP. Do they smell similar? I'm in my early twenties and looking for my first adult signature perfume and I'd love to start with a Chanel. Would this be a good starter, or Chance Eau Tendre? I really love feminine, delicate, floral scents, and rose in particular. Thanks for another great video :)

I was thinking the same! The EDP version is so much better than the toilette versh!
I feel like Eau Tendre EDP is a little more powdery, retaining that Chance DNA that I love while Paris-Paris is a fresher rose, with a burst of citrus at the beginning. I would say Paris-Paris is like a watery rose while Eau Tendre EDP is more of a velvety, ever so slightly soapy rose that is modern and chic. I prefer Paris-Paris but Eau Tendre EDP is still amazing to this day. If you’d like to check out similar fragrances to Paris-Paris, I think you’d like Miss Dior Rose n Roses too!
If you haven't already, please try Chanel Allure Eau de Parfum, it smells simply divine! 😌

I’m a huge fan of jasmine, ylang ylang, and other flowers. I was just thinking of adding a rose perfume to my collection. I’m surprised both my favorite brands released rose perfumes. If I had to blind buy, I would choose Dior based on your review. 🤨

Just in time! I just received my Chanel Paris Paris in the mail. I'm kinda bummed that they didn't send a sample as stated on the Chanel site. Oh well. Anyhow Erin .... it kinda reminds me of Kayali Pink Pepper.

I went to Paris in 2019 and I adore Chanel the label but more importantly Gabrielle Chanel her life story is so inspiring I had the luxury of going to 31 rue cambon and shop it was such an incredible blessing and so emotional for me to be there my SA took me to her stairway that led to her apt🥰 like I said it was such an emotional experience knowing the whole backstory of 31 rue cambon something I’ll always remember so them coming out with this new fragrance called paris is such a great tribute 🖤🤍great video as always Erin

when you said rose, pepper, and patchouli I was like?? that's it? That's soo common. Like heck sweet diamond pink pepper has those 3 plus bergamot so the citrus is there too. But your reaction kinda made me wonder cuz I know you would point out if things aren't super unique.
The Chanel Paris sounds lovely. I’ve been wanting a Chanel fragrance & had my eyes on L’Eau but maybe this one I’d like too. Hmm lol.
L’Eau is a beautiful fragrance! You should make sure to try Paris Paris on your skin to see if you like it. I blind bought both and love L’Eau, but not so much Paris Paris, it turns to peppery on me.

At least in Finland, you can find Rose Essence in department stores. I would imagine that's the case in other European countries too
Dior Rose Essence is an exclusive to the Dior's boutique in Poland.

Im so confused about the chanel paris. I hear everyone on RUclips singing it's praise but on me it just smells like pepper. Strong and somewhat masculine pepper that is never going away -even when trying to wash it of. I'm so disappointed because its supposed to be so beautiful. And it's chanel... how can it be so bad? My husband even commented on it the day I tried it saying that he would definitely leave me alone if I was planning on wearing that🤪
I so agree! I thought it was just me. I think people give Chanel a pass because it’s Chanel and think they can do no wrong. I was extremely disappointed by it.
Fragrances are subjective and peoples skin chemistry react differently to certain fragrances. That one you tried apparently was not the right fragrance for you since your skin chemistry didn’t mesh. Suggest going to the boutique and sample in person there.
I have little update. I'm not very skilled or experienced with fragrance but to me this is very strange: I have tried my little sample again but this time I sprayed a little bit into a body lotion and just went all in and applied it all over. And this way I really like it. Now I smell all the beautiful rose that I was missing. And I am really liking it. So maybe I will just have to get the body lotion😍
