If Anyone is watching this In 2024 when you make that hole in the middle of that wall and it comes up water go up there and go to place the water went down you see like a little temple go inside go until end then go up the plank and you find a shark thing (you become a shark not full body)

@@yuhhnezI eventually got it by going back to the main screen and reloading the game. The tornado was turned off then. I only found out later that you could turn the tornado and falling shipping containers off
