Can you adapt one of your bread loaf recipes into sheet pan bread. It’s not fogochca bread - it like a little thinner batter and poured? Pressed? into a big sheet pan then u cut it sandwich size squares then slice horizontally to make a sandwich. A big sheet pan makes a lot of bread at once and easier to pack up and freeze. My loaf slices are always crooked. Thx🤗
Thanks for your suggestion! Actually all my keto bread recipes the dough are quite soft so you can easily spread on a sheet pan. Just give allowance that it will rise a bit so you know how much to flatten the dough
Sorry, there's no eggless version for this recipe. Keto bread is complicated, and eggless versions are even more complicated, so I am unable to advise whether flax or chia eggs will work or not without experimenting first 🙏
