    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Chicken Filling:
    -Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g
    -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Anda (Egg) whisked 2 tbs
    -Gajar (Carrot) finely grated ¾ Cup
    -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) finely chopped ½ Cup
    Prepare Dough:
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Water ½ Cup or as required
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Prepare Tandoori Coating:
    -Dahi (Yogurt) hung ¾ Cup
    -Tandoori masala 2 tbs
    -Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
    -Red food color 1 pinch (optional)
    -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
    -Lemon juice 2 tbs
    -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
    Directions:
    Prepare Chicken Filling:
    -In a bowl,add chicken mince,garlic paste,black pepper powder,salt,egg,carrot & spring onion,mix well & set aside.
    Prepare Dough:
    -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
    -Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover with cling film & let it rest for 30 minutes.
    -Knead dough with the help of your palm for 4-5 minutes,cover with cling film & let it rest for 15 minutes.
    -Take a small dough (20g),make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (roll as thin as possible).
    -Add 1 tbs chicken filling at the center of the dough,apply water & bring the edges together,twist & seal the end to make a momo shape (makes 19-20).
    Option # 1: Steam cook
    -In steam pot,add water,place greased steam rack,cover & bring it to boil.
    -Place prepared momos,cover & steam cook for 10-12 minutes.
    Option # 2: Deep frying
    -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry prepared momos until golden brown.
    Prepare Tandoori Coating:
    -In a bowl,add yogurt,tandoori masala,gram flour,red food color,dried fenugreek leaves,lemon juice & whisk well.
    -Add fried/steamed momos & coat well.
    -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
    -On a metal skewer,skew capsicum,momos alternatively & fire roast on direct flame until its charred from all sides & serve!

    -Bowl mein chicken qeema,lehsan paste,kali mirch powder,namak,anda,gajar aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakhd ein.
    Prepare Dough:
    -Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 30 minutes kliya rest dein.
    -Dough ko palm ki madad sa 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan knead karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya rest dein.
    -Chota dough (20g) lein,ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (roll as thin as possible).
    -Dough ka center mein 1 tbs chicken filling dal dein,edges per pani laga lein,twist & seal ker ka momo ki shape bana lein (makes 19-20).
    Option # 1: Steam cook
    -Steam pot mein pani dal ker greased steam rakh dein aur dhak ker ubal anay dein.
    -Tayyar momos rakh dein aur dhak ker 12-15 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
    Option # 2: Deep frying
    -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur momos ko golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
    Prepare Tandoori Coating:
    -Bowl mein dahi,tandoori masala,baisan,red food color,kasuri meethi aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Fried/steamed momos dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
    -2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
    -Metal skewer per shimla mirch aur momos ko alternatively laga lein & direct flame per tamam sides sa charred ho janay tak paka lein & serve karein!
