What did you use, since no plywood, to skin the foam to have the window lip? Also, what bonding glue/paste is that….and last what did you use to make the “fillet” paste for the corners? Looks great…especially will all those ugly raptor liner builds out there!!!
The window lip is all fiberglass. Its covered in one o the other build videos. The "paste" is epoxy thickened with glass balloons, available through any composites supplier. I use us composites.

I'm using epoxy resin from uscomposites
How do you attach to truck?
What grit sand paper you like?
I use 80 grit for pretty much all the foam shaping and bonding prep.
