TSMC Halts Chiayi Plant Construction After Cultural Relics Found | TaiwanPlus News

TSMC has paused construction at its southern Chiayi County site after cultural relics were unearthed at the site. TSMC is set to build two IC packaging plants in Chiayi for its cutting-edge CoWoS technology used in leading AI chips.
